Our Founder
Dr. Amer Hawchar

Based in Western Australia, Amer Hawchar is a seasoned mechanical engineer whose career spans advanced research, teaching, and hands-on design. He earned his PhD in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney specialising in thermoelectric energy harvesting and IoT sensors and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with Honours from Curtin University.

Amer has lectured and tutored at UTS, UWA, and Curtin University, guiding students through SolidWorks, AutoCAD, FEA, and CNC machining while developing online tutorials and marking large cohorts. His industry publications include work on COâ‚‚ monitoring with IoT networks and CubeSat thermal control. At 313 Engineering, Amer leverages his academic and technical expertise to deliver locally grounded, high-precision 3D design, R&D, and consulting services for Australian businesses.
